You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating detailed documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.Requirements Gathering and Analysis:Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements through various techniques, such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.Identify and document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements.You will be responsible for translating business needs into functional specifications or user stories, and guiding the development of software or system solutions.Documentation:Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications documents (FSDs), and user stories.Maintain up-to-date documentation to ensure alignment with evolving business needs.Ensure documentation is easily understandable by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement and streamline workflows.Analyze current processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with teams to implement process changes and measure their impact.You will be responsible for collaborating with QA teams to validate developed solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.Stakeholder Interaction:Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.Build strong relationships with clients and maintain open communication channels.Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.AI Utilization:Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance productivity and decision-making.Explore opportunities to automate tasks and improve data analysis.Stay updated on the latest AI trends and best practices.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product ManagerTechnical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent documentation skills, including BRDs, FSDs, and user stories.Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).Familiarity with AI tools and techniques to improve productivity and efficiency.Ability to analyse complex data sets, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights to support decision-making and problem-solving.Understanding of business processes, workflows, and industry-specific knowledge to align solutions with organisational goals and strategies.Capability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and propose innovative solutions to address business challenges.Ability to adapt to changing project scopes, priorities, and timelines while remaining focused on delivering quality outcomes.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
