Job Title: Payroll Accounting Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

- Complete the monthly reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts.

- Manage the payroll accounting balance sheet accounts and transactional flows.

Desired Qualification and Work Experience:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree (BBA/MBA, CA) is required.

- 4 - 6 years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills:

- Intermediate accounting skills, including knowledge of accounting standards, financial preparation, and reporting.

- Understanding of business processes transactions and their flow to accounting financial statements.

- Intermediate MS Office skills.
