Your Work Profile
As a Senior Manager in our BPS Tax team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You will:
- Take ownership of client engagements concerning their Finance, Accounts, and Payroll outsourcing needs, deliver SLAs and KPIs, and develop sound business relationships.
- Lead the deployment of the latest technology solutions relevant to BPS services and pursue continuous innovation to bring efficiencies in operations and service offerings.
- Undertake business development initiatives by meeting and presenting service offerings to potential clients.
- Lead client acquisition and team management.
- Ensure a three-way link between Partner, other professionals, and clients.
- Actively mentor team members to maximize their contributions to achieve required outcomes.
- Assist in creating eminence in the market.
Desired Qualifications
- CA / MBA / ICWA(CMA) with 7-10 years of working experience in a Financial Accounting role in a large organization.
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Proficient with technology relevant to BPS Services.
- Analytical skills and conceptual clarity.
- Eye for details and innovative thinking.
- Time and cost management skills.
- Managing and leading the team.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
Location and Way of Working
- Base location: Bangalore
- This profile involves frequent traveling to client locations.
