About the Job:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports and statements, performing bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our company's financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and reports.

- Perform bank reconciliations and analyze financial discrepancies.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

- Manage and process transactions in Tally accounting software.

- Generate various financial reports using Excel to aid in decision-making.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GST and TDS requirements and ensure compliance.

- Collaborate with finance department staff to facilitate financial management and reporting.

Essential Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related role.

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in Tally and strong experience with Microsoft Excel.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.

Specific Criteria or Requirements:

- Must have thorough knowledge of GST and TDS.

- Preference for candidates who are immediately available to join.
