Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain comprehensive project planning, documentation, and reports

- Coordinate with internal engineering teams and assist with schedule management

- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, manage project scope and objectives

- Strong collaboration with stakeholders to ensure work efficiency, information sharing, analyze risks and opportunities, eliminate blockers, and communicate effectively

- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants

- Ensure project delivery and completion as per the planned timelines and cost

- Meet customer needs as projects evolve

- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

- Provide day-to-day progress tracking updates

- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, manage risk identification, timely escalation, and mitigation

- Ensure requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

- Manage the relationship with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

- Technical background with prior experience in managing IT, production, or infrastructure projects

- 2 to 5 years' experience in a similar role

- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Graduated in any field
