About the Job

Change Management / New Requirements of Client

- Understanding the client's needs and objectives.

- Proposing solutions to meet client needs.

- Writing business requirements and proposed solutions.

- Interacting with the development team to explain new requirements.

- Testing or assisting in testing new requirements to ensure they meet client objectives.

- Preparing or assisting in the preparation of release notes/user manuals for newly developed features.

- Preparing process flows, wireframes, and mockups.

- Conducting gap analysis.

Client Interaction (Training, Implementation, and Other Solutions)

- Providing training to clients on how to use the solution and achieve desired outcomes (onsite and offsite).

- Assisting in configuring the system to generate rules and alerts.

Tracking Projects

- Ensuring the implementation of the solution is on track and coordinating with other teams if delays occur.

Qualifications

- Graduate in B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Computers, BCA in Computers, B.Sc in Computers, or a similar field.

Additional Information

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Self-driven.

- Persistent and willing to perform under pressure.
