#### Essential Responsibilities:

- Perform detailed and comprehensive analysis of operating expenses.

- Provide variance commentary between actuals vs plan/forecast/prior year.

- Prepare and review presentations and management packs with a focus on quality review and timely delivery of reports.

- Support in yearly expense planning and allocations, quarterly re-forecast, and quarterly expense allocations of actuals.

- Proactively produce and maintain appropriate supporting documentation related to processes, systems, and controls.

- Resolve queries and issues raised by stakeholders.

- Work on and support ad-hoc reports or projects.

- Maintain effective communication with the onshore team, both written and verbal, and manage expectations.

- Demonstrate good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

- Experience in the finance domain within a multinational environment is preferred.

#### Required Skills and Abilities:

- CA with relevant years of post-qualification experience in financial planning and reporting.

- Strong functional and analytical problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal and external teams across the globe.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Anaplan or Power BI is an added advantage.

#### Desired Skills and Abilities:

- Highly organized, methodical, and able to manage multiple priorities.

- Eagerness to ask 'why' and seek constant improvement.

- Ability to work resiliently in a fast-paced environment.

- Candidates with experience in the insurance industry are preferred.
