Profile Overview:

The Finance Manager is responsible for managing finance, budgeting & forecasting, compliances, financial analysis & planning, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent corporate financial controls & strategy through various avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements, and tax data. This role will also act as the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.

Responsibilities include managing compliance matters and driving automation, process improvements in the Finance Function across the organization, and ensuring service standards for business excellence. The Finance at TravClan focuses on reviewing financial information and analyzing data while working in liaison with internal departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee entire accounting operations, including proper accounting methods and annual audits.

- Complete ownership of taxation practices to ensure they are best in class.

- Liaison with industry professionals to set up a global operations legal and compliance structure.

- Oversee business planning, budgeting, compliance, due-diligence, and fund management. Interface with investors and report business metrics regularly.

The Recruitment Process:

1. Aptitude and Technical Test: The first step is a 50-minute basic aptitude and technical test.
