Introduction:
- Transform current reporting processes and financial data to meet new internal and external requirements post-organizational change.
- Work with different reporting systems across multiple businesses to streamline processes and standardize MI.
- Develop strong working relationships with key contacts and senior stakeholders across business and Group.
What will you be doing?
- Play a key role in transformation projects to improve business reporting and analytics post-organizational change.
- Coordinate across business CFO BP teams, Internal Reporting, Tech function, Group Reporting, and change team to deliver strategic solutions meeting Group reporting requirements and external standards.
- Project manage improvements in reporting processes used across business units.
What we're looking for:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with relevant finance experience.
- Familiarity with ORH, Essbase, BCE, and SAP.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with an ability to summarize data with insightful analysis.
- High attention to detail and strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and prioritization skills.
