Job Description:
The Budgeting & Forecasting team focuses on managing, coordinating, and driving the finance and planning activities of the business, including strategy development and implementation. The team is responsible for the preparation of budget forecasting, cost analysis, variance analysis, Full Time Equivalent (FTE) headcount analysis, and financial reporting.
The Record to Report team helps clients and organizations improve operational efficiency and balance sheet integrity, reduce time to completion, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The team's expertise includes posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries and reconciliations, preparing cash forecasting statements, supporting month-end closing, and preparing reports and supporting audits.

- Acting as the financial partner of Sourcing, Factories, Materials Management, FP&A, and Regional finance teams.
- Performing ad-hoc analyses/reporting and additional related duties as assigned.
- Process development, ensuring consistent data governance and providing reporting & analytical support for strategic initiatives.
