Project Role: Business Analyst

Project Role Description:

Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather, and synthesize information.

Must-have skills:

- Workday Advanced Reporting

Good-to-have skills:

- Workday Report Designer (BIRT)

Minimum 6 years of experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver on the Reporting stream of activities and deliverables

- Gather and rationalize reporting requirements across Workday, Payroll, Tableau, etc.

- Work closely with the Implementation System Partner and internal stakeholders globally for Reporting and Analytics stream delivery

- Provide guidance and expert knowledge to the team on best practices and validation of Reporting in Workday

- Support the project in the delivery of EIB templates, BIRT reports, and Data Architecture

- Develop technical solutions as needed

Technical Experience:

- Minimum 4 years of Workday and Payroll experience along with deep expertise in Reporting and Analytics

- Experience defining the object model of a complex business system by mapping its components required for Integration Reporting

- Experience with Data Architecture, Data Warehousing, and Data Audits/Validation

- Experience with Workday Data Loading, BIRT reports, EIBs, iLoads, XML, MS Excel

- Experience with HRIS/HCM Systems SAAS implementations working closely with implementation partners/vendors
