Must have skills : Microsoft Dynamics CRM TechnicalGood to have skills : NAMinimum 5 year(s) of experience is requiredEducational Qualification : Should be a GraduateSummary: As a Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical solutions.- Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical solutions, including customizations, configurations, and integrations with other systems.- Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical solutions, including investigating and resolving issues and providing guidance to end-users. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.- Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of other CRM systems such as Salesforce or Oracle CRM.- Experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical solutions, including customizations, configurations, and integrations with other systems.- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical architecture and data model.- Experience in conducting testing and quality assurance activities for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical solutions.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
