Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution using your expertise in Computer System Validation (CSV) and Life Sciences.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assess the current state of the organization's processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

- Design and implement new processes and systems, ensuring they align with the organization's business model and integrate with technology.

- Research and gather information on customer requirements, synthesizing this information to define the future state and/or business solution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicating technical requirements and solutions effectively to stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, utilizing your expertise in Computer System Validation (CSV) and Life Sciences.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Expertise in Computer System Validation (CSV).

- Strong understanding of Life Sciences.

- Experience in analyzing and designing processes and systems.

- Ability to gather and synthesize information effectively.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV).
