Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Representative

Job Description:

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Representative, you will drive performance, strategic analysis, and identify and correct financial or operational concerns. You will provide financial analysis to aid in decisions pertaining to the profitability and financial health of the organization. Your typical day will involve analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support business decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Perform independently and become an SME.

- Actively participate and contribute in team discussions.

- Provide solutions to work-related problems.

- Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support business decisions.

- Identify and correct financial or operational concerns.

- Provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability and financial health.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance and strategic analysis.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials.

- Experience with financial planning and analysis tools (Good to have).

- Strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting.

- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

- Ability to identify and analyze financial or operational concerns.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification:

- Minimum 15 years of education.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI, Cost Accountant from ICWAI, or Master of Commerce degree from a reputed institution.

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials.
