- Mentorship: Skilled in mentoring and developing BSAs.

- Domain Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of the specific business domain.

- Project Management: Proficient in managing projects from inception to completion.

- Gap Analysis: Ability to perform gap analysis and develop mitigation strategies.

- Effort Estimation: Proficient in estimating project efforts and resources.

- Best Practices: Establish and promote best practices for BSAs.

- Solution Design: Advanced skills in designing effective business solutions.

- Change Management: Proficient in managing and implementing change.

- Prototyping: Skilled in using prototyping tools for creating mockups or wireframes (Figma/Zeplin).
