We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team, focusing on EIS projects. This role will play a pivotal part in analyzing current business analysis practices and driving improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within our Insurance Technology Accelerators initiative.

About the Project:

You will be a critical part of our initiative to build Insurance Technology Accelerators, including the development of the Insurance Connector, Insurance Pre-build dashboard, and Business Architecture core components. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire project lifecycle, from design and development to testing and ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities:

- Assess current business analysis processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions

- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Engineering Teams to ensure project alignment with business goals

- Have working experience in Scrum Agile, POD Structure, and attending Agile ceremonies

Requirements:

- 5 to 8 years of Insurance experience

- Working experience in Scrum Agile, POD Structure, and attending Agile ceremonies

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage in occasional late meetings when necessary

- Strong analytical capabilities to perform data mapping, integration analysis, and functional persona assessments to support wireframe creation

- Basic knowledge of SQL/Oracle to assist in data analysis and reporting

- Deep understanding and advanced knowledge of EIS Policy Core - Pan Version and DXP Customer Portal Layer
