Working Knowledge of Tally Prime:- Utilize the Tally prime system for financial record-keeping, reporting, and analysis.2. Balance Sheet Preparation & Finalization:- Preparation and finalization of balance sheets in accordance with accounting standards.- Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.3. Inter-site Reconciliations:- Manage inter-site reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.- Resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.4. Other Misc. Works: - PF, ESIC, PT, GST and TDS challans generation and payment.- Working closely with multiple sites- Over seeing daily sales figures, Banking.- Reconciliation of PDQ transaction for multiple sites. - Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting as required.Experience: - A minimum experience of 1 to 3 years in accounting.- Strong knowledge of Tally.- Proficiency in excel and Macros- Creating google sheets.- Working knowledge in Zoho software.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.- Experience with ERP systems and financial software is preferred.Education:UG: B.
