Title: Financial Analyst

Description:

A prominent real estate development company known for its focus on affordable housing projects in India, operating primarily in the National Capital Region (NCR), is seeking a Financial Analyst reporting directly to the CEO of Commercial Business. The role is responsible for Business Planning for the company.

Responsibilities:

- Work in cross-functional teams and engagements.

- Coordinate with diverse stakeholders across various teams internally to validate assumptions, seek data and progress reports.

- Work on special projects and business plans for the Commercial Business.

- Build financial models from scratch in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Vlookup, pivot tables and charts).

- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word.

Profile:

- Graduate with 4+ years of finance experience, MBA/CA preferred.

- Experience of working in the real estate space.

- Experience with financial analysis and modelling.

- Experience with designing and executing Business Plan presentations.

- Result-oriented, pro-active, and team-player with the ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.

- Good analytical and communication skills.

Compensation:

CTC 11 - 15 LPA
