Job Title: Commercial Finance Manager

Company: Leading US-based MNC specializing in the manufacturing of plumbing products, fittings, and cabinetry

Job Description:

Drive the company's financial performance and profitable growth by managing, coordinating, and making critical decisions about its marketing spend and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a facilitator between the Finance and Marketing functions by engaging deeply with diverse stakeholders to deliver high-impact marketing activity within agreed-upon budgets for business development, retail, marketing communications, and advertising.

- Business partnering with the Marketing function on various go-to-market initiatives and evaluating the viability and effectiveness of the same on the top and bottom line.

- Report and analyze ROI and key performance metrics for various marketing spends and provide relevant insights on a monthly and quarterly basis to management and company leadership.

- Build out pricing strategies for existing and new products by collecting, analyzing, and preparing data at Category level P&L.

- Improve control mechanisms within the marketing function.

Profile:

- CA with post-qualification experience of at least 8 years in Commercial Finance.

- Previous experience in a marketing controllership or regional commercial finance position in a large FMCG/FMCD organization is highly preferred.

- Good interpersonal skills and excellent English communication skills (both written and oral).

- Ability to work in a matrix structure and collaborate with senior marketing and finance stakeholders.
