Job Description:

The Deputy Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for financial forecasting, analyzing financial data, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Our client is a leading global company in the Life Science and Pharmaceutical industry with a large presence in India.

Description:

- Lead the financial planning and analysis department, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting processes.

- Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends and potential risks.

- Oversee the production of monthly and quarterly financial reports.

- Collaborate with various teams to analyze financial information and develop strategic plans.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

- Provide financial insights to support decision-making processes.

- Manage and develop a team of finance professionals.

- Participate in strategic projects related to financial planning and analysis.

Profile:

A successful Deputy Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis should have:

- Minimum 4 years of post-qualification work experience in core FP&A, ideally within the Pharmaceutical industry or FMCG.

- Should be a CA/CMA/MBA finance.

- Candidate should come with experience in Business Finance/Business partnering and FP&A activities.
