This open position is for Armanino India LLP, which is located in India. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino.Job Responsibilities: Product Costing: Analyze product costing, including bills of materials (BOM), labor, overhead, and production costs. Ensure accuracy in cost estimates and maintain up-to-date costing records.Oversee inventory valuation, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Perform reconciliations and periodic physical inventory counts to maintain data integrity.Prepare and review cost variance analyses, including material, labor, and overhead variances. Collaborate with teams to investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cost projections.Prepare regular cost reports, including insights on cost drivers, trends, and performance against budget.Support initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.Ensure accurate cost data within the ERP system, support ERP enhancements, and maintain system updates relevant to cost accounting activities.Ensure adherence to financial controls and company policies related to cost accounting and inventory management. Support internal and external audit processes.Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and engineering, to align financial practices with business objectives.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment. Experience in clean energy, industrial, or high-tech industries is preferred.Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and proficiency in ERP systems.Advanced Excel skills required.Ability to perform detailed financial analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
