This means it's possible to pursue challenges you are passionate about, in industries you care about.Job Responsibilities• Own the expense report process for the firm including responding to questions, ensuring workflow is processing as expected and reviewing reports for accurate accounting• Prepare monthly journal entries and participate in month-end close process• Reconcile cash clearing accounts, including accounts payable and payroll activity• Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis and document variances• Adhere to organizational procedures and policies• Respond to information requests and assist with internal audits• Prepare and provide financial and analytical information as required• Identify opportunities to improve month-end close process, cost cutting initiatives and expense trend analysis• Special projects as assigned by Accounting Manager or ControllerRequirements• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting role• Strong Skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.• High business ethics, team player, ambitious, smart, coachable, great communicator.• Ideal candidate will have career focused goals, and the work ethic to make those goals a reality.Preferred Qualifications• CA or CPA candidate is desirable• Proficiency in Workday preferred, but not requiredArmanino India LLP provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
