Position: Business Analyst

Experience: 4-7 years

Required Skills:

- Proven hands-on industry experience in Securities Processing and TAX reporting, preferably in a techno-functional role.

- Experience in Fixed Income, Equities, Cost Basis, Book Keeping, and Dividend Processing.

- Knowledge of Security Reference Data.

- Understanding of general US IRS TAX reporting practices.

- Experience in working with teams across functions (Development, Business, Analysis, QA) and geographies.

- Client interaction experience, both verbal and written.

- Understanding of Back-office processing, including cost basis, corporate actions, income, withholding, name and address. BPS and BETA experience is a plus.

- Strong understanding of Tax-related processing, such as income reclassification, form production, and Delta file processing. Significant experience with daily delta processing for back office files.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as needed.

- Excellent communication and writing skills.

Qualifications:

- BE / B.Tech / MCA / MBA or equivalent.

Nice to Have:

- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks.

Shift Timings:

- UK Shift: 1 PM to 10 PM IST
