Developer Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will facilitate the delivery of robotic process automation (RPA) projects through the mobilization, definition, development, and deployment phases. Responsibilities will include project management, resource planning, stakeholder management, and communication planning. You will work closely with our team of award-winning business and technical specialists and leaders. Expected Activities:Serve as principal point-of-contact for the client and their teamLead several concurrent projects that involve consultants, developers, and clientsEstablish the Project Management Plan, tracking milestones, and coordinating meetings with client stakeholders as aligned with the delivery operating modelUnderstand business and technical requirements to effectively coordinate/document process definition, solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities with client stakeholdersFacilitate resource planning activities including assignment, on-boarding, equipment provisioning, and user access to target applicationsCoordinate the development, review, and submission of RPA milestone deliverables (i.e. PDD, SDD, ODI, and BPA releases)Mitigate risks identified by the Delivery Manager to help avoid development, testing, or deployment roadblocksProvide regular weekly status updates including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, defects, and change requests logs to client and Program ManagerIdentify, catalog, and archive reusable code assets and coordinate knowledge sharing sessions between internal teamsQualifications and SkillsBachelor's Degree focused in Information Technology or Information Management or equivalent education and experience.Must have minimum 2 years of project management experience Have excellent planning, problem solving, project management and leadership skillUnderstand IT delivery methodologies (ITIL, Agile, Lean, etc)Prior experience in leading similar projects in robotics process automation (i.e. Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere)Leadership skills to inspire co-workers to attain goals and pursue excellenceUnderstand the drivers of value, including the ability to size and prioritize large scale initiatives across businesses and functionsBonus Points - Any prior work with OCR technologies (e.g., ABBYY, IBM Datacap, etc.)Desired characteristics in candidates:Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.Passion to work and learn fast in a fast-paced, high-energy, and challenging environment with peers who challenge you to improve.Thrive to learn and improve sales and marketing skills.Has proven analytical and problem-solving skills.Is highly self-driven with a sense of motivation.Has been both a team player and an individual contributor.Compensation and start dates:Hiring now for immediate startSalary: Competitive base and bonus determined by level and experienceBenefits: Healthcare, relocation, vacation, holidaysWonderBotz is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
