Founded by Misbah Ashraf, former founder of community-focused e-commerce platform Marsplay, and Nishchay AG, former director and founding member at mobility start-up Bounce, Jar's mission is to shatter psychological barriers to saving and investing, thus spearheading the Financial Fitness revolution for Bharat. What You Will Do:

- Conduct high-level analysis on how to improve product features and analyze A/B experiments.

- Collaborate with tech teams to fix data issues.

- Perform event testing and manual tasks to maintain data sanity.

- Assist Product Managers and Business teams whenever required.

- Work closely with the business/product teams to enable data-driven decision-making.

- Execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights.

- Influence new business opportunities based on internal/external data.

- Drive the team to adopt new and innovative ways of solving business problems.

What You Will Need:

- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Math, Statistics, or a BTech from a reputed institute.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a go-getter attitude.

- A good grasp of SQL, Python, and Advanced Excel.

- Willingness to go over and beyond what is required to get things done.
