Profile Overview:

Finance Intern at TravClan

Roles & Responsibilities:

- End-to-end responsibility for payables, receivables, and various other key business areas.

- Managing cross-border remittances and coordinating with bankers for FX rates.

- Be part of the R2R (record to report) process, ensuring all key metrics are recorded correctly to deliver timely revenue reports.

- Basic accounting/tally data entry work (if required), and liaison with the tax team for compliance.

- Completing KYC and documentation for all agents.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Ethical, hardworking, and passionate about startups.

- Available for a full-time internship.

- Can start the internship immediately.

- Available for a duration of 3 months.

- Has relevant skills and interests.

- Willing to learn more.

Growth Prospects:

- Stipend Rs.15000 per month + Certificate on successful completion of the internship.

- Letter of Recommendation or PPO on delivering exceptional results with a CTC ranging between 5 to 7 LPA.

The Recruitment Process:

1. Aptitude Test & Group Discussion: A 50-minute basic aptitude test, followed by a 20-30 minute group discussion round on a separate date.

2. Personal Interviews: 2-3 video interviews with detailed discussions about the job profile, company, and candidature.

3. Extending an Offer: On successfully clearing the interview rounds, the job offer is extended to the candidate.

Office Location:

Connaught Place, Delhi

Timings:

9:30 am until work gets over. (Expect 10-12 hours of work in a day).
