Job Description:

We are seeking a Finance Analyst with the ability to partner with all levels of the organization, including VP and Sr. Director levels, in all functional departments to develop compelling annual, quarterly, and monthly financial plans.

Responsibilities:

- Provide finance support to human resources, finance, and corporate administration business units.

- Complete monthly journal entries in compliance with US GAAP for areas including but not limited to prepaid expenses, accruals, and reclasses.

- Maintain the Eugene FP&A team's prepaid OPEX account by completing monthly amortization, capturing prepaid additions, and assisting with monthly account reconciliation.

- Update monthly cost center reporting for individual budget owners, leaders, and finance leads, providing variance commentary and identifying specific drivers.

- Conduct ad-hoc analysis when requested by budget owners, HR business partners, and finance teams.

- Research expenses and provide reconciliations of movements between internal orders, cost centers, GLs, and purchase order invoices/contracts/statements of work support.

- Manage reporting and financial processes to ensure timely and accurate financial and operational information.

- Proactively identify and facilitate business process and systems improvements to enhance reporting and analysis.

- Improve efficiencies through process automation, streamlining, centralization, and standardization.

- Coordinate between shared services teams, corporate, and local finance support teams to support FP&A and controllership-related projects.

Requirements:

- 4-5 years’ experience in FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, commercial banking, or investment banking.

- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in financial reporting and analysis, forecasting, budget management, and development of controls and procedures.

- Proficiency in US GAAP accounting knowledge, Income Statement, and Balance Sheet.

- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and consistent follow-through.

- Proficient in MS Office and Excel; experience with Hyperion Essbase and SAP is a plus.

- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment while developing effective relationships and achieving results.

- Self-starter: proactive, creative, resourceful, decisive, resilient.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.

- Strong analytical and process development skills with the ability to provide actionable recommendations.

- Ability to influence others productively to improve business processes and results.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial results and issues to senior management and non-financial audiences.

- English language proficiency required.

- Retail/apparel industry experience is a plus.
