About the Role
Senior Financial Controller will be responsible to consolidate, track, report and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc.) considering goals and financial standing for a strategic business transformation program.

What You Will Do
- Consolidate, track, report and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc.) considering goals and financial standing.
- Build relationships with relevant stakeholders across the business, and externally as required, to assist in facilitating data collection and analysis.
- Project management of strategic projects for the pillar.
- Provide detailed data analysis on key project performance indicators and project milestones across all business units.
- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
- Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks.
- Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, financial analysis, and process analysis.
- Conduct business studies on past, future, and comparative performance and develop forecast models.
- Identify trends and recommend actions based on sound analysis.
- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.
- Manage Financials through Tool.
- Lead from the front through collaborating with the team across the US, Europe & India to drive change and achieve results.
What You Need
- Overall experience of 12-13 years.
- Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Economics, Finance, Industrial Operations Engineering, or related business management discipline.
- 2+ years of project management experience in Agile or Six Sigma methodologies, with a focus on driving business initiatives to successful outcomes.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Consulting, Business Process, Strategic Finance, Business Project Management, Financial Forecasting, Diagnosis, Corporate Finance, or other related areas.
- Strong Fundamental Accounting experience. Good knowledge on P&L.
- Demonstrated aptitude for analytical and conceptual problem solving.
- A sense of urgency and an urge to create an impact and make a difference.
- Impactful communication skills with an ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Good knowledge of managing Tools in Finance.
- Proficient in Excel (including macros) and presentation.
What is Nice to Have
- Business side SAP experience.
- MBA is desirable.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or other improvement methodology certificate(s).
