Job Title: Senior Associate - Regulatory Reporting

Job Description:

We are seeking CA/MBA qualified professionals with 4-6 years of experience in US regulatory reports. The Senior Associate in this role will be responsible for supporting the preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to multiple regulators as part of Large Shareholders Reporting Compliance and Monitoring.

What you will be responsible for:

As a Senior Associate you will be responsible for:

- Monitoring the shareholding pattern for each country based on the country's regulatory threshold.

- Identifying shareholding breaches and determining if they are genuine based on voting rights.

- Preparing regulatory disclosure forms for any shareholding breaches according to regulatory requirements.

- Preparing daily, monthly, and quarterly reports.

- Identifying issues at the root level and working on solutions.

- Periodically updating SOPs and checklists of regulatory forms to ensure better controls.

- Staying informed of regulatory changes and working with management to develop processes for implementing new reporting requirements.

- Performing AXIOM UAT testing on new or existing changes in upstream logics.
