Job Description
Who we are looking for:
An experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to oversee Structured Finance - Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and fund transactions. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with deal documents, including Waterfall Payment, collaborate with stakeholders and external auditors, and resolve issues with the Boston team. The Senior Associate – Team Lead within CLO will be responsible for managing daily operations of structured finance trusts, developing skills in deal processing, compliance testing, and data analytics.

What you will be responsible for:
As Senior Associate – Team Lead you will:
- Process and review of CLO Deals
- Oversee day-to-day team operations and performance
- Manage a small cluster of 3-5 employees
- Develop strong relationships with the Boston team by producing high quality work and leading daily process development calls
- Monitor daily report completion and dissemination within specified Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Comply with internal procedures and specified deadlines
- Lead new trainee hires as an SME

- Knowledge of Collateral Loan Obligations, Structured Finance, Waterfall Payment, Financial Modelling, Securitization, ABS, MBS, CDO
- Knowledge of Loans in secondary market
- Complex reconciliation of cash and trade

- Analytical and problem-solving skills
Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA in Finance/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Finance, Technical or related field preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of related experience in Structured Finance, Financial Modelling, Waterfall Payment, with knowledge in WSO (Wall Street Office)
- Experience managing a small team of 3-5 employees
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a team setting
- Ability to work in a deadline-oriented group with peak period workflow

- Ability to manage projects and handle teams in the absence of Managers
