We are seeking ambitious and career-oriented graduates with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accountancy concepts and numbers. Candidates with knowledge or hands-on experience in fund accounting, specifically in NAV production and capital markets, will have an added advantage.

What you will be responsible for

As an Associate, you will:

- Analyze and research the impact of recon breaks on NAV.

- Build expertise in various types of investments including equity, fixed income, private market, commingled and mutual funds.

- Use various tools like BBG, MCH, DNAV to verify details.

- Interpret investment manager statements and security holdings, and decode the information.

- Perform price tolerance checks to ensure security prices are within acceptable thresholds.

- Perform rate of return checks and compare them with market benchmarks.

- Perform mark-to-market and ledger-to-sub-ledger checks.

- Finalize the NAV and release it to respective stakeholders.

- Conduct necessary reviews to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

- Be a team player, working in coordination with fellow team members.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

- BCom Graduate, MBA will be an added advantage

- 3+ years of experience

- Good with numbers and calculations

- Proficient in Excel with knowledge of basic functions

Additional requirements

- Working from the office 3-5 days a week
