We are looking for ambitious and career-oriented graduates with good analytical skills and a strong understanding of accountancy concepts and numbers. Knowledge or hands-on experience with fund accounting, specifically in NAV production and capital markets, will be an added advantage.

What you will be responsible for

As an Associate 2, you will:

- Analyze and research the impact of recon breaks on NAV.

- Build expertise on various types of investment types like equity, fixed income, private market, commingled, and mutual funds in the market.

- Be conversant with various tools like BBG, MCH, DNAV etc. to verify details.

- Interpret Investment manager statements, security holdings, etc., and decode the information.

- Perform price tolerance checks to ensure security prices are within thresholds.

- Perform rate of return checks and compare them with market benchmarks.

- Perform mark-to-market and ledger to sub-ledger checks.

- Finalize the NAV and release it to respective stakeholders.

- Perform necessary reviews to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

- Be a team player and work in coordination with fellow team members.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

- BCom Graduate, MBA will be an added advantage.

- 2+ years of experience

- Proficient with numbers and calculations

- Excel savvy with knowledge of basic functions

- Working from the office 3-5 days a week
