Principal Roles And Responsibilities:

Seeking candidates with strong and deep finance knowledge, process, and operational acumen in various aspects of finance coupled with robust consulting skills. This includes problem identification, creative thinking, problem-solving, effective communication and presentation, stakeholder management, and more. Candidates will operate within one of the specified domains with opportunities to move across domains over time. Working closely with our clients, candidates will help build and implement strategies to enhance business performance.

Few day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Identifying, assessing, and solving complex business problems, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

• Demonstrating strong finance process knowledge and understanding to work with client process owners across accounting, management and reporting, taxation, etc.

• Assisting clients in developing and building the required capabilities for growth and innovation.

• Developing detailed and actionable business cases and plans, leveraging our assets and capabilities for the greatest strategic impact.

• Working in multi-disciplinary teams to shape, sell, communicate, and implement programs.

• Assisting leadership teams in developing offerings and assets.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant, with rank holders or first attempt pass in both group for both CA Final and PE II levels.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a reputed CA firm with strong experience in taxation, maintaining books of accounts, consolidation and close processes, audits, and internal controls, including risk analysis and client relationship management.

Key Competencies and Skills:

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and produce results in a presentable manner.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with a minimum of 2+ years of working experience.

• Ability to convert complex data into effective displays consumable by clients/end-users.

• Well-versed in Finance processes with 2 to 3 years of basic experience.
