Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to grow the practice, meet productivity and utilization targets, and ensure high team engagement.

- Engagement Management: Oversee engagement risk, project economics, planning, budgeting, account receivables, and ensure buy-in from top management at the client level.

- Business Development: Collaborate with a global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities.

- People Development: Serve as a counselor and coach, contribute to staffing processes, and actively participate in recruitment and retention activities.

- Domain Development: Develop assets, methodologies, research, point-of-view documents, marketing collateral, and contribute to public speaking and industry publications.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

- 8-12 years of progressive functional and consulting experience.

- Extensive experience in transforming finance functions.

- Strong strategic and operational understanding of business and finance functions.

- Deep knowledge of current trends and transformation agendas pursued by mature CFOs.

- Experience with digital finance tools for Data Analytics, Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, and Performance Reporting.

- Ability to identify and develop growth areas.

- Preferable experience in Resources or Products industries.

- Exposure to project, people, and crisis management.

- International consulting experience is preferred.

- Proven delivery experience in a consulting environment.

- Well-connected in the Finance community.

Qualifications:

- CA or Tier I MBA with an excellent academic background.

- 8-12 years of domestic consulting experience is preferred.
