Key Responsibilities

- Lead the practice by ensuring the right strategies are in place to achieve productivity, utilization, geographic penetration, headcount growth, controlling attrition, and maintaining high levels of team engagement and delivery quality.

- Manage engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, manage account receivables, define deliverable content, and ensure buy-in from top management at the client.

- Work within a global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities.

- Perform roles of counselor and coach, provide input into the firm's staffing process, and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention.

- Develop assets and methodologies, research or white papers, marketing collateral, public speaking, and publication in industry periodicals.

Knowledge & Skills Required

- Minimum 8-12 years of progressive functional and consulting experience.

- Extensive experience in transforming Finance functions across clients.

- Strong understanding of strategic and operational business and finance functions; how finance can evolve into a more business-partnering and value-added role.

- Deep knowledge of trends and agendas pursued by mature CFOs in areas like Finance Operating Model, Shared Services, Enterprise Performance Management, Finance Talent Management, and Finance Process Transformation.

- Knowledge of digital finance tools for Data Analytics, Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, Performance Reporting, and enabling technologies for document management, workflow management, and service delivery.

- Ability to identify areas of growth and work towards developing them.

- Preferably experienced in the Resources or Products industries.

- Exposure to project management, people management, crisis management, and international client servicing.

- Proven delivery experience in a consulting environment.

- Preferred experience in a consulting firm.

- Well-connected and networked in the Finance community.

Qualifications

- CA or Tier I MBA with an excellent academic background.

- 8-12 years of domestic consulting experience is preferred.

Professional Development Skills

- Prior experience in a consulting firm is preferred.

- Experience working with "C" level executive clients.
