As a part of the Strategy & Consulting Global Network CFO & Enterprise Value team, you will support CFOs and finance organizations to craft and implement strategies anchored on digital disruption, new age operating models, and best-in-class practices to drive market differentiation. Project Delivery:

- Support & execute international Liquidity & Working Capital optimization projects from assessment to transformation with a focus on value realization and capabilities development applying innovative approaches with a combination of strategy, governance, organization & process redesign as well as technology & digital alignment.

- Manage client relationships at executive and operational levels throughout the various phases of the project.

Develop the Treasury & Working Capital Practice & Team:

- Support the development of innovative & digital assets for the practice (i.e., tools, whitepapers, partnerships, etc.) in collaboration with other Accenture teams.

- Grow the Working Capital team to successfully deliver projects globally.

- Take an active role in the Finance community growth: training, experience sharing, events organization, etc.

Your experience counts!

- 4-7 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Total Working Capital, and/or Liquidity optimization projects

- 2-4 years of progressive business and/or consulting experience, with 2 years of experience in Treasury projects preferred

- Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in the Treasury function

- Proven track record in selling & originating sales

- Proven experience in delivering/driving business outcomes and supporting change management in large international organizations

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, emphasis on teamwork and customer-centric approaches

- A positive "can do" attitude and openness to innovation

- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills

- Experience managing international teams and working in an international environment

- Ideally, experience in trade finance, portfolio management, and/or capex management

- Master's Degree in Finance or Business required

- Proficiency in English; any other languages advantageous

- Availability to travel multiple days per week
