Working in partnership with the business relationship managers, super-users, end-users and technical team, ensure full adoption, effective usage, and efficient deployment of our IT solutions. Effectively manage the change control process, gathering the end-user requirements, and communicating IT priorities and delivery status to the business.You Will Make an Impact By: (Responsibilities)Major Duties and Responsibilities:Provide our Sales and Sales functional leadership leveraging business process, SAP configuration and optimal usage expertise.Collaborate with Call centers, Customer services and Credit and Logistics departments and IT in the global design, development, and deployment and expansion of the SAP landscapes.Support the Sales organization, Sales Operations group end-user community by providing research, analysis, and problem resolution to team members.Actively demonstrate a passion for continuous improvement focused on end user productivity, and enterprise process integration.Work with various business groups in the organization to facilitate cross-functional implementation of new or improved business process requirements for all IT-related business, financial, and operations systems critical to core organizational functions.Effectively manage the IT change control process, gathering the end-user requirements, preparing functional specifications and communicating IT priorities and delivery status to the business.Skills You Bring: (Required Skills)Experience working in SAP applications focusing on Sales and Distribution areas, pricing, billing, credit management, logistics execution.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or other 4-year degree focusing on information technologyMinimum 7 years in SAP configurations and information technology experienceFull knowledge of Order to Cash processes and understanding of integration with third-party tools (CRM, eInvoicing, Tax system, etc.)Be dissatisfied with status quo with a thirst to introduce changeEnergetic team player with a can-do attitudeGlobally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
