Sr. SAP Business Analyst (SD & OM)

Summary & Objectives:

We are looking for an exceptional Sr. Business Systems Analyst who can perform development, implementation, and usage of Information Technology and management information systems within SAP ERP applications. Working in partnership with business relationship managers, super-users, end-users, and the technical team, ensure full adoption, effective usage, and efficient deployment of our IT solutions. Effectively manage the change control process, gathering the end-user requirements, and communicating IT priorities and delivery status to the business.

Responsibilities:

- Provide our Sales and Sales functional leadership leveraging business process, SAP configuration, and optimal usage expertise.

- Collaborate with Call centers, Customer services, and Credit and Logistics departments and IT in the global design, development, deployment, and expansion of the SAP landscapes.

- Support the Sales organization, Sales Operations group end-user community by providing research, analysis, and problem resolution to team members.

- Actively demonstrate a passion for continuous improvement focused on end-user productivity, and enterprise process integration.

- Work with various business groups in the organization to facilitate cross-functional implementation of new or improved business process requirements for all IT-related business, financial, and operations systems critical to core organizational functions.

- Effectively manage the IT change control process, gathering the end-user requirements, preparing functional specifications, and communicating IT priorities and delivery status to the business.

Required Skills:

- Experience working in SAP applications focusing on Sales and Distribution areas, pricing, billing, credit management, logistics execution.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or other 4-year degree focusing on information technology.

- Minimum 7 years in SAP configurations and information technology experience.

- Full knowledge of Order to Cash processes and understanding of integration with third-party tools (CRM, eInvoicing, Tax system, etc.).

- Be dissatisfied with status quo with a thirst to introduce change.

- Energetic team player with a can-do attitude.
