Responsibilities

- Identify opportunities to drive business development activities and build sales pipeline.

- Draft winning pitches to drive client conversations and business opportunities.

- Lead project delivery and manage stakeholders on the project, both internal and external.

- Guide teams on project executions as per planned timelines.

- Lead the problem solution design and implementation, ensuring high quality and adherence to timelines and defined budget.

- Foster connectedness and enhance client relationships.

- Design to-be processes and roles leveraging leading practices and ERP platforms, especially SAP S/4HANA.

- Assist in managing process transition, knowledge transfers, and process reengineering.

- Analyze voluminous data and visualize using the latest tools.

- Define cost transformation initiatives, create value cases, set up mechanisms to control and monitor savings, and create implementation plans.

Skills and Qualifications

- Extensive knowledge and experience across SAP System Integration projects, providing insightful, deal-relevant points of view and recommendations based on robust analysis.

- Lead project delivery of SAP Finance module/application design, blueprint, solutioning, modeling, proof-of-concept development, etc.

- Good understanding of all modules that integrate with the Finance module and play an active role in integration during design and implementation.

- Engage and lead client conversations, facilitate workshops, and present to client stakeholders during management reviews and steercos.

- Drive continuous improvement capability with regards to methodology, tools, practices, and maturity.

- Lead solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s), ensuring high quality within constraints of time and budget.
