As part of the Global Network CFO & Enterprise Value team, you will support CFOs and finance organizations in crafting and implementing strategies anchored on digital disruption, new-age operating models, and best-in-class practices to drive market differentiation.

Responsibilities

- Participate in at least 3 end-to-end Workday Implementations in Financials & Human Capital Management, including Accounting & Finance, Audit & Internal Controls, Close Consolidation, Revenue Management, and Expense.

- Understand the roadmap for Workday and act as a trusted advisor for clients in driving their Workday adoption.

- Define Business Cases for Workday Transformation and perform ROI calculations.

- Serve as a Functional Consultant and provide advisory work for ERP product selection, value realization, and Fit-Gap Assessment.

- Work closely with clients to understand their issues, define IT strategies, architecture solutions, and gain buy-in for recommendations.

- Contribute to proposals related to Finance/Multi-function Workday engagements.

- Develop key Assets and Accelerators to aid clients in their digital transformation journey.

- Provide consulting solutions for complex Workday Landscape issues in collaboration with business and development teams.

- Advise on leveraging standard Workday functionality to maximize ROI.

- Guide clients through best-practice project scoping and ensure overall project success in implementing Workday.

- Manage client conversations during assessment, design, implementation, and status reporting.

- Drive large-scale digital finance transformation initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.

- Supervise Accenture Senior and Junior analysts and client personnel.

Qualifications

- 12+ years of relevant work experience, preferably 10+ years in consulting and business development.

- Functional experience in Digital Finance, Planning, and Budgeting processes, KPI Identification and Management, and Financial Reporting.

- Experience in AI/ML or data science use cases in FP&A processes.

- Experience in Data & Master Data Governance.

- Functional experience in Finance transformation projects across all phases (Plan, Design, Build, Test, Deploy), preferably involving enabling technology, tools, and software applications.

- At least 3 full life cycle implementation experiences in implementing EPM/technology (Oracle EPM Suite, Anaplan, SAP SAC/BPC, OneStream, etc.)

- Experience in Management and Financial Reporting, Performance Management, Disclosure Management, XBRL Reporting, Last Mile Reporting (Oracle Analytic Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Workiva, etc.)

- Experience handling teams of 12-15 resources independently.
