The World Bank has a long and strong partnership with India with a large and growing portfolio comprising 90 projects/$20 billion and over 30 advisory services and analytics. The New Delhi Office (NDO), the largest country office outside the Washington, DC Headquarters, hosts 255 staff and 330 consultants. NDO has an extensive and complex set of administrative processes which are deployed through collaboration of inter-dependent units across the organization, including Headquarters in DC. The Bank is seeking to recruit a Senior Operations Officer (Admin) to reinforce the CMU's capacity to ensure continuous efficiency and effectiveness of NDO processes and services.
