Job Title: Finance Manager
We are seeking a Finance Manager who thrives in a dynamic and high-paced work environment, characterized by high volume and evolving needs. What This Job Involves:
- Support the successful delivery of a comprehensive range of financial services and support as defined in the Contract.
- Support the day-to-day financial and accounting operations with a particular focus on the client's reporting requirements at a local and regional level.
- Achieve KPI, financial, and other targets as established for the account.
- Oversight of budgetary and reporting function and management of accounts payable and receivable function.
- Good adaptability and agility to work in fast-paced MNC while being independent to work on defined responsibilities and also being a great team player.
Invoice Payments & Billings:
- Manage Vendor Payments, coordinating the process with Facility Managers.
- Manage Client Billing and Collections
- Provide accurate and timely financial information to all stakeholders.
- Perform invoice reconciliation and consolidation for client and corporate purposes.
- Provide focus and timely support to the North Asia region relating to payments and PO issues.
Client Reporting/Forecasting/Planning:
- Actively review and correct to ensure the accuracy of accruals for monthly financial reporting for India market.
- Work closely with Facility Operations in Annual Budget, Quarterly Forecast, and monthly variance analysis, controlling variation of +/- 5% for quarter forecast, ensuring alignment with forecast guidelines and basis.
- Meet all relevant financial activities. Engage with stakeholders to resolve queries raised during audit checks.
- Assist in establishing & monitoring controls to mitigate non-compliant findings in the finance process.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to all stakeholders.
- Lead and guide Facility operations team in the accuracy of forecast and monthly accruals to achieve quarterly Finance KPI%.
Other Responsibilities:
- Finance process & regulatory communication within the organization and with the site teams.
- Strong MS Excel skills and ability to work as part of the team to create the annual budget for the account.
- Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders and build relationships with the client.
- Assist in the establishment and adherence to policies & procedures, compliance deadlines for each of the tasks as advised by the Finance Manager.
