Job Title: Payroll Process Improvement Manager

Job Description:

- Develop and implement strategies for the continuous improvement of the payroll service delivery process, ensuring high levels of efficiency, accuracy, and employee satisfaction.

- Support the payroll team in the execution of all payroll-related tasks, including processing, audits, compliance checks, and reporting.

- Analyze payroll systems and processes for efficiency and effectiveness; recommend and implement improvements or new technologies as needed.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to payroll processing and data privacy.

- Monitor and report on key payroll metrics and service delivery performance for both internal teams as well as service delivery partners, using data to drive decisions and improvements.

- Participate in strategic planning with the global payroll leadership team, contributing insights and strategies to advance the organization's goals.

- Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, HR, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional payroll certification is preferred.

- Minimum Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in global payroll operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

- Experience in Alteryx or any other similar tools.

- Deep understanding of payroll regulations, compliance requirements (GDPR, Sarbanes-Oxley), and best practices.
