Job Description

- Review and sign all types of UK individual income tax returns.

- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in tax technical knowledge.

- Manage the engagement team, set performance measurements, and ensure that goals for engagement economics, turnaround time, and quality targets are met.

- Identify and lead new services that the service line can perform.

- Develop, mentor, and supervise Associates & Senior Associates.

- Demonstrate leadership and executive presence.

- Communicate progress and project status to all stakeholders.

- Adhere to firm policies related to confidentiality and data privacy, client acceptance and engagement letters, tax return preparer guidelines, and knowledge-sharing.

- Consistently adhere to practice protocol and other internal processes.

Qualifications and Experience

- Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate, MBA.

- 3-5 years of experience in the review/sign of UK Individual Tax returns.

- Excellent communication skills.

Work Location: Bangalore / Kolkata
