Job Description
- Generate and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review billing data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues.
- Communicate with clients or customers to resolve billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with other departments (such as Client team and project/contract creation) to ensure billing accuracy.
- Maintain billing software and systems to ensure efficiency.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to billing.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with billing software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in [specific industry or sector] is a plus.
