Job DescriptionPartner with finance, accounting, and business teams to gather requirements for financial reporting.Develop custom dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel tailored to evolving business needs.Analyze financial data to uncover discrepancies, trends, and actionable insights.Ensure dashboards accurately represent key financial metrics, identifying opportunities for improved data accuracy and efficiency.Drive advanced business intelligence capabilities, including predictive analytics and actionable alerts.Monitor and maintain financial dashboards, resolving business queries promptly and ensuring data consistency.Define acceptance criteria, create requirements for user stories, and lead story grooming sessions.Document dashboard logic and KPI calculations to align with finance team methodologies.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields.5+ years in business analysis, financial reporting, or data analysis with dashboard development expertise.Strong understanding of financial processes and KPIs.Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Excel for data visualization.Familiarity with data integration frameworks and automation techniqueAdvanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).Basic SQL for database querying.Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Workday).Knowledge of data modeling or AI techniques (preferred).Preferred:FP&A experience.Expertise in advanced data analysis and business intelligence practices.Additional Information We are an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status.Please note, AI is used as part of the application process.For further information, and to apply, please visit our website via the “Apply” button below.
