In this role, you will lead finance functions for our global operations and will be responsible for managing the financial health of our organization. You will work closely together with ourleadership team. You will be part of a fast-growing and successful team that helps our clients get the maximum benefit. Expected Activities:Prepare financial statements, business activity reports and forecasts for our operations across the globe (US, India, soon to be at UK and MENA) - ensuring financial legal requirements are met.Develop, manage and monitor financial systems & processes.Drive continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices.Perform financial management duties incl. preparing and monitoring financial data, financial reports, implementing best practices and monitoring financial health of the firm.Manage end-to-end development and operations of our finance department incl. policies, budgeting, forecasting, and regular assessment of financial procedures.Manage and lead preparation of Bridge the gap between management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.Deal with working capital management & cash flow forecasts across various legal entities.Assist leadership in financial analysis & decisions - incl. M&A activities.Analyze market trends to discover business opportunities, manage & optimize profits.Qualifications and SkillsMust hold MBA (with Finance specialization) from a reputed instituteMust have at least five years of hands-on experience at a similar capacity at one of the Big-4 (a big plus) or large multi-national IT/Software product consulting firms.Must have very high proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint)Has strong knowledge of finance best practices and finance regulations in US (federal & state) & IndiaHas strong knowledge of accounting and financial reportingHas demonstrated strong email writing skills for effective internal and external communication.Has strong knowledge of tax regulations in US (income tax, payroll-related tax, sales tax) & India (income tax, GST) and related transfer pricingMust have exposure to M&A activitiesDesired characteristics in candidatesEffective communication skills (in English and Hindi) for technical and non-technical audiencesAnalytical and proven problem-solving skillsHigh Emotional IQEmbraces challengesTeam-orientation rather than an individual contributorWonderBotz is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
