Job Title: Business/Technical Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business/Technical Analyst with over 5 years in an IT technology environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep domain knowledge of B2B Commerce and a robust understanding of digital cloud setups. You should excel at writing user stories and acceptance criteria based on roadmap epics, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills. A technical understanding of complex Enterprise Web and Mobile Application development and deployment concepts, along with experience in an Agile environment, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write user stories and acceptance criteria based on roadmap epics.

- Understand the path to purchase and the flow of data between systems in an ecommerce and telehealth environment.

- Operate effectively in a fast-paced technical environment.

- Solve problems, identify solutions, and appropriately escalate issues.

- Work within an Agile environment using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 5 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in an IT technology environment.

- Deep domain knowledge of B2B Commerce.

- Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

- Technical understanding of complex Enterprise Web and Mobile Application development and deployment concepts.

- Experience in an Agile environment (using Jira, Confluence).

Preferred Skills:

- Basic development skills in Java, HTML, and JavaScript.
