Job Title: Sr. Analyst

Job Summary:

Better.com seeks a Sr. Analyst to be a key member supporting the US team. As an Analyst, you will work closely with the Accounts Payable team. This role will have regular interaction with stakeholders and various business units across Better.com and therefore requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Posting & Processing monthly invoices

- Ensuring timely invoice approvals from vendor owners

- Resolving open/disputed items with vendors/vendor owners

- Marking bills as paid and creating vendor credits

- Preparing month-end schedules including prepaid, accrual, depreciation, and intercompany

- P&L and balance sheet account reconciliation

- Posting bank entries on accounting software

- Preparing checks as required

- Working on the AP aging report

- Assisting in the audit process

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred

- 3-5 years of relevant experience

- Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software

- Proficiency in NetSuite & Coupa

- Must have ERP AP system experience

- Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills
