Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for Android platform, Play-store, Different device internals, GPS, Geo-fencing5. Maintain a working log detailing all required system updates, as well as the date of completion6. Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose problems and handle training7. Resolve technical issues related to Android services running on APP foreground and background8. Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of Support Process vide Phone, Whatsapp, Email etc.
