Job Title: Group Leader - Business Analyst

Job Description:

As a Group Leader - Business Analyst at Access Healthcare, you will be pivotal in evaluating project requirements, creating technical designs, and implementing changes within our Client's project instance. This role offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management by looking at healthcare business processes from the customer's lens. Our instance supports Business Analysts in generating reports, handling client meetings, and taking requirements from clients.

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate project requirements and create technical designs

- Implement changes within the Client's project instance

- Generate reports

- Conduct client meetings to gather requirements

- Analyze requirements and implement user interfaces and stored procedures

- Design SSIS Packages as per requirements

- Implement unit testing plans and execute them

- Make deployment plans and conduct peer reviews

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

- Experience with SSIS is required

- Similar work experience, technical skills, or relevant certification may substitute for the bachelor's degree

- Must maintain awareness of changing technology
